The apartment offers a bedroom living room and kitchen and bathroom. Each Apartment has alll modern conveniences for a wonderful holiday. Linen and Utilities are included in the price.
	The apartment IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR -NO ELEVATOR REQUIRED. It has a lovely private terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy a glass of wine or an evening meal. The terrace is adorned with greenery and is quite private.
	Air-conditiong and all mod cons are included in the price as well. NEW! Apartment has been renovated in August: enjoy your wifi internet connection also at night on your terrace! Bring your laptop!!!

Piazza di Spagna is a delightful area of Rome. it has beautiful shops and delightful cafes and restaurants.
Directions	We are located on a qauint side street of via del Babuino, which is the main street which runs through the well renowned Spanish Steps.1 min walk to P. del Popolo, 5 mins to Piazza del Spagna and fountain, also next to the wonderful villa Borgese and Museum. ALL TOURIST SITES ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!
Transportation	Metro Spagna and Piazza del Popolo are nearby. The electric bus which runs the center of the city is located less than 50m from the apartment.
